About the Podcast and Host

The Neurodiversity Voices Podcast is founded and hosted by Paul Cruz, an advocate, speaker, storyteller, and late-diagnosed ADHD individual based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. More than just a podcast, The Neurodiversity Voices Podcast is also a registered, for-profit Canadian business dedicated to amplifying and celebrating the voices of neurodivergent individuals—highlighting their journeys, wisdom, and contributions to the world.

Paul’s own lived experience—growing up feeling misunderstood and later gaining clarity and empowerment through his ADHD diagnosis in adulthood—fuels his mission to build safe, inclusive, and empowering spaces where neurodiverse voices are not only valued but uplifted as essential perspectives. His work actively challenges outdated stereotypes and fosters a culture that embraces neurological differences such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and more as natural, meaningful, and powerful variations of the human experience.

Through his podcast, business initiatives, and broader advocacy efforts, Paul champions inclusive education, equitable workplaces, and holistic mental well-being practices that prioritize accessibility, compassion, and respect for all. He believes that when neurodivergent individuals are truly seen, understood, and supported, their creativity, resilience, and innovation have the power to transform communities and reshape the future.

The podcast itself reflects Paul’s vision: a welcoming, judgment-free space where guests can share their authentic stories and listeners can connect, learn, and grow together. With every episode, Paul continues to expand the conversation around neurodiversity through storytelling, education, collaboration, and advocacy.

“Everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and celebrated. This podcast is my way of helping make that happen.”– Paul Cruz

Mission: To provide a safe, inclusive, and empowering platform where neurodivergent individuals can share their stories, perspectives, and lived experiences without fear of judgment.

Vision: A world where neurodiversity is not only accepted but celebrated as a vital and irreplaceable part of the human story.
