Our mission is to amplify the voices of neurodiverse individuals—including those with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other neurological differences—by celebrating their unique perspectives and lived experiences. Through each episode, we explore how they navigate the world, shedding light on their strengths, challenges, and the valuable contributions they make to society.

About the Host

Paul Cruz is the Host & Creator of The Neurodiversity Voices Podcast, a platform dedicated to amplifying the stories, insights, and lived experiences of neurodivergent individuals and the people working to create a more inclusive world.

As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent adult, Paul understands firsthand the challenges, strengths, and complexities that come with navigating life through a different lens. While he is not a clinician or researcher, he brings the perspective of lived experience and a deep commitment to listening, learning, and fostering meaningful conversations.

In April 2025, Paul launched The Neurodiversity Voices Podcast to move the conversation beyond awareness and toward understanding, inclusion, empowerment, and action. Through thoughtful interviews with self-advocates, educators, researchers, parents, community leaders, and changemakers, he creates a space where authentic stories are valued and diverse perspectives are heard.

Paul believes that meaningful change begins with listening—and that every voice has the power to create understanding, connection, and impact.

About the Podcast

The Neurodiversity Voices Podcast is a podcast dedicated to amplifying real voices, real stories, and real impact.

Through honest and engaging conversations, the podcast explores the intersection of neurodiversity, lived experience, accessibility, education, employment, advocacy, and systems change. Each episode features guests who share their unique journeys, insights, expertise, and perspectives, helping listeners better understand the diverse ways people experience and navigate the world.

Our mission is to foster understanding, challenge assumptions, reduce stigma, and celebrate the strengths, creativity, and contributions of neurodivergent individuals.

We believe that lived experience is valuable knowledge and that authentic storytelling can inspire greater empathy, inclusion, and meaningful action.

Whether you're neurodivergent, a family member, educator, employer, researcher, advocate, or ally, The Neurodiversity Voices Podcast offers a welcoming space to learn, reflect, and engage with conversations that matter.
